The Italian Academy of Bread is the first school in Italy for the training of bakers.
Our association trains people who want to learn an ancient art: that of bread making! Ours is a new teaching method because it is not done in classrooms with desks and computers, with us from the first day you will be inside a real bakery in close contact with professionals in the sector who will teach you this ancient art right away.
Our "baker courses" follow an intensive and very direct method, the theory is applied to practice day by day, together with the instructor learning directly from those who do this job with passion every day and only in this way will you be able to understand what it really means to do this job.
For this reason, if you also put the passion that our instructors put into doing this job, we assure you that at the end of the "baker course" you will have learned to bake various types of bread and some baked sweets.
